Position SummaryThe Project Director oversees commercial roofing projects and small repair work from start to finish while providing hands-on field leadership. This role partners with Site Technicians, Sales, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to Apple Roofing's quality standards.The Project Director serves as key field support for the Operations Director and helps deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience aligned with our purpose of building a sweeter experience.Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Operations ManagementManage projects from initiation through closeoutCreate and maintain project schedules and timelinesCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and materialsMonitor progress and resolve issues or delaysAllocate resources to meet project demandsField Support & Site OversightProvide on-site support, inspections, and documentationServe as boots-on-the-ground support for Operations leadershipConduct site walks and assist Sales with documentation when neededStep in to support field operations during high-volume periodsQuality, Safety & ComplianceUphold company quality control standardsEnsure compliance with safety regulations and policiesPromote a strong safety-first cultureAddress quality or safety concerns promptlyDocumentation & ReportingMaintain accurate project records and job documentationTrack progress, materials, and laborProvide regular status updates to leadershipQualificationsExperience in roofing, construction, or field operationsStrong understanding of jobsite safety and quality standardsProven ability to manage projects and timelinesOrganized, reliable, and detail-orientedHands-on, adaptable, and self-motivatedStrong communication and problem-solving skillsJ-18808-Ljbffr
