CPA Licensed GL Accounting Manager

A company is looking for a GL Accounting Manager to manage financial reporting and lead a team of accountants. Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the General Ledger, ensuring accurate financial transactions and compliance with accounting standards Prepare and review financial reports, collaborating with other departments and supporting external audits Lead and mentor a team of accountants, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvementRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred Minimum of 7 years of accounting experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role Strong experience with GL accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls Knowledge of ERP systems and proficiency in tools such as NetSuite, Great Plains, Workday, and Concur Deep understanding of GAAP and relevant accounting standards
