Certificated Teacher - Dean

POSITION SUMMARY: The Dean of Students will assist the building principal and assistant principal in providing leadership by supporting the school culture and climate, facilitating PBIS efforts, and co-leading efforts related to achieving the identified school improvement goals in service of the FWPS district strategic plan. In addition, the Dean of Students will foster an environment that meets the social and emotional needs of scholars, models high expectations, builds capacity of staff, engages in data-driven decision making, and exhibits cultural competency with all stakeholders.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
