This role blends day-to-day HR support with advisory responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations, performance management, and HR policiesProvide guidance on employee concerns, investigations, and conflict resolutionSupport workforce planning, organizational changes, and talent initiativesEnsure compliance with employment laws and internal policiesPartner with HR teams (Talent, Benefits, HRIS) to deliver seamless HR supportAnalyze trends and recommend proactive solutions to improve employee experienceContribute to HR projects and process improvementsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred3+ years of progressive HR experienceStrong knowledge of employee relations and HR best practicesExcellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skillsAbility to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization
