Located in St. Joseph, Michigan, LECO continues to be a family-owned company that understands the value of shared interests, long-term stability, loyalty, and trust.Schedule:Full Time: 6:00am - 2:30pm, Monday - Friday and overtime as schedule requires.Position Summary:Building of small sub-assemblies for customer orders and top-level units. Ability to read and understand process sheets and some blueprints.Position Responsibilities:Assemble sub-assembly for customer and final instrument assemblyAssemble minor instrumentsMinor rework of sheet metalMinor paint touchupSet up work ordersReject non-conforming parts and stop process when parts or process is out of controlPosition Requirements:Ability to read a tape measureRead and understand a process sheet or some blueprintsGood hand-eye coordinationEducation/Certifications:High School Diploma or equivalent
