SENIOR PROJECT EXECUTIVE - Hospitality High-Rise

Company OverviewThis company is a National, well-established General Contractor with an established, strong reputation in the Nashville area as well as the other US markets they preside.Experience with Commercial, Healthcare, Hospitality High-rise, Warehouse, and other structure types are desired as well as the ability to transcend those experiences to manage other types of projects.This Construction Dynasty has built out an excellent sub base and only want to work with vendors and trade-partners that align with helping expedite the process and ensure customer satisfaction.Job DescriptionThis Project Executive / Senior Project Manager will oversee all aspects for new, urban Hospitality/Multifamily projects and be an expert communicator, proficient with contracts and subcontractor management, high-rise projects and CIP Concrete multi-story construction. Overseeing and directing projects from start to finish Directs and supervises work of project administration staff and construction engineers, as well as works in partnership with project superintendents to establish operational priorities Responsible for forecasting, tracking/reporting project costs/revenue and adherence to project estimates Responsible for problem resolution involving labor disputes, staffing, construction materials, construction equipment and contracts/subcontracts administration Develop strong relationships with Superintendents, Subcontractors, and Assistant Project Managers Maintain appropriate documentation through project such as RFI logs and change ordersTo Increase Interview Success- The Candidate Will Have Current or previous experience working with a General Contractor Experience with New Construction Hospitality/Hotel & High-Rise Condo Experience with Urban In-Fill / Downtown Bachelor's Degree (Const.Management / Civil Engineering or similar degree) Must have experience running projects from start to finish (Ground-Up) Strong software and technology skills (Procore or other similar program) Time Management & Proven Experience with Scheduling Projects Experience managing teams is a plusResponsibilitiesOverseeing and directing projects from start to finishDirects and supervises work of project administration staff and construction engineers, as well as works in partnership with project superintendents to establish operational prioritiesResponsible for forecasting, tracking/reporting project costs/revenue and adherence to project estimatesResponsible for problem resolution involving labor disputes, staffing, construction materials, construction equipment and contracts/subcontracts administrationCoordinates with construction Safety Manager to ensure that projects are completed in accordance with established safety goalsDevelop strong relationships with Superintendents, Subcontractors, and Assistant Project ManagersMaintain appropriate documentation through project such as RFI logs and change ordersBenefitsCompetitive Compensation Package Salary Range (DOE) varies from $130k to $150k for Project Managers & SPMs End of year bonus + Additional Incentives Full Medical Benefits 401k Plan with company match Car allowance and/or company vehicle (Depending on Position) Cell phone / laptop provided Life insurance Generous maternity & paternity leave 15 days of PTO 9 company holidaysOur Client does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
