Machine Operator/Assembler 2nd shift

*Job Overview* We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operator/Assembler to join our dynamic manufacturing team on the 2nd shift. In this role, you will be responsible for performing precision assembly and machine operation tasks within an high-efficiency fan wheels and custom blower solutions manufacturing environment. Your expertise will ensure that fans and blowers are assembled accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with strict quality standards. The ideal candidate is proactive, mechanically inclined, and committed to maintaining the highest levels of quality and safety. *Duties* * Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery with precision, adhering to production schedules and safety protocols * Interpret production documents, assembly instructions, and technical drawings to ensure accurate component placement and assembly * Conduct quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, microscopes, and other measurement tools to verify product specifications in accordance with ISO standards * Set-up, Operate, assemble, inspect, and package parts per defined work instructions. * Prepare, handle, coordinate, and move material. * Communicate to others on a regular basis. * Maintain good housekeeping and perform the job in a safe manner.
