DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesPrepare and bake pastries, bagels, and other bakery items according to company recipes and standardsAssist with dough preparation, proofing, shaping, baking, and finishing productsMaintain consistency in quality, portioning, and presentationSupport production planning to meet daily café demand across multiple locationsFollow food safety, sanitation, and health department regulationsMaintain a clean, organized workspace and assist with dishwashing and equipment cleaningCollaborate with café and production teams to ensure timely product deliveryQualificationsPrior baking or kitchen experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)Ability to work early morning shiftsStrong attention to detail and consistencyAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsPositive attitudePassion for coffee, food, and hospitality is a plusSchedulePart-time hours (approx. 15 hours per week)Early morning production shiftsPlease note: No overnight shifts required!
