IT Support Specialist
Intuit Dome is seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic Technology team. The IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to internal employees and event staff ensuring the smooth operation of IT equipment and services. As part of a larger enterprise technology group, the IT Support Specialist will work closely with various team members to develop, deploy and implement Information Technology Services, Best Practices, Standards, and Operational Efficiencies based on an ITIL Service Management Framework.
This is a full-time role based in Inglewood, CA and is eligible for our competitive benefit offering including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan with company contribution, Well-Being Allowance, and more. Due to the nature of this industry, the candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule including weeknights, weekends, and holidays to cover high profile concerts and NBA games.
What You Will Do
End-User Support
Provide technical assistance to employees via in-person, phone, and remote support channels.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues across Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
Support enterprise applications, collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft 365), and VPN connectivity.
Document incidents, service requests, and resolutions in the ticketing system to ensure efficient tracking and resolution.
Train employees on basic IT procedures, security best practices, and self-service tools.
Employee Lifecycle Management
Onboard new employees by provisioning accounts, email, system access, and IT equipment.
Offboard departing employees by revoking access, collecting assets, and ensuring proper data retention.
Maintain and update user roles, group memberships, and permissions based on job function changes.
Ensure adherence to security policies during employee transitions.
Asset Management
Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets, including laptops, desktops, peripherals, and mobile devices.
Track asset assignments, returns, and decommissioning to ensure compliance with company policies.
Coordinate hardware repairs, replacements, and warranty claims with vendors.
Assist with IT procurement by evaluating hardware needs and recommending solutions ensuring compliance with device standards.
Access Management
Manage user accounts and permissions across Active Directory, Azure AD, and other identity management platforms.
Implement and enforce Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) policies and password reset procedures.
Live Event Support & Venue Technology Maintenance
Provide on-site technical support for live events, including basketball games, concerts, and corporate functions.
Conduct pre-event technology checks to ensure all venue systems are operational.
Assist in the setup, testing, and breakdown of technology equipment and event technology needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve real-time technical issues during events to minimize downtime.
Work with vendors and internal teams to elevate and resolve critical event-related IT issues.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of IT checklists with the focus on completeness and accuracy.
Participate in post-event reviews to discuss lessons learned from a technology perspective with the goal of bettering the experience for future events.
Your Background, Skills and Qualification
Associates degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
2-3 years enterprise technology experience.
Experience with remote desktop support tools and ticket management tools.
Experience with imaging of computers.
Experience with Autopilot and Jamf a plus.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to communicate with others in the company across technical and non-technical roles.
Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed. The corporate IT group works as a team to provide coverage across all office locations and support live events.
CompTIA A+ certification a plus.

Compensation
The range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00 annual compensation. Compensation package offered will be based on multiple individualized factors, including a candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
The role is classified as non-exempt.
