We are hiring an Overnight Dishwasher to join our team at Copain SouthPark. In this role you will support our bakers and pastry team by maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace throughout the night. You will ensure all dishes, tools, and equipment are cleaned, sanitized, and ready for the next day’s production, helping to keep operations running smoothly and safely. What You’ll Do Clean and sanitize all kitchenware, utensils, and equipment while maintaining organization and cleanliness in dish, prep, and bakery areas Clean and organize bakery carts, speed racks, bun racks, and related equipment to support production flow Organize and maintain chemical storage, dry storeroom, and walk-in coolers with proper labeling and rotation Receive and put away food and supply deliveries, ensuring items are stored safely and efficiently Assist with end of day cleaning, mopping, trash removal, and other closing responsibilities as directed by the baking and pastry teams What You’ll Bring Previous experience in a high volume kitchen or bakery preferred Dependable, detail oriented, and able to work independently overnight Commitment to cleanliness, consistency, and efficiency Positive attitude and strong sense of teamwork Flexibility to work overnight hours, weekends, and holidays as needed Why Join Us $16 to $18 per hour based on experience Overnight shift schedule with consistent hours Employee discounts at all Noble Food & Pursuits locations Opportunities for growth within a professional and supportive kitchen environment INDBOH
