The Group includes multiple subsidiaries, each with distinct leadership, business direction, and separate financial structures.The International Logistics Operations Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting day-to-day warehouse operations, order management, and international client coordination. This individual will act as a key liaison between U.S.-based operations and China-based clients, suppliers, and platform partners, ensuring seamless communication, efficient logistics flow, and high service standards.This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing multiple priorities across time zones. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving and operational execution.Essential FunctionsReasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Product & Inventory ManagementVerify inbound shipments and confirm product arrivals in accordance with client instructionsPrepare receiving, sorting, and inventory reportsCoordinate inbound processing, shelving, and inventory placementMonitor shelf life, damaged goods, and overall product conditionConduct routine inventory checks and auditsSupport remote inspection and quality control processesOrder ManagementProcess inbound and outbound orders within required service level timelinesCoordinate warehouse appointments and shipment schedulesInvestigate and resolve delayed outbound shipmentsManage canceled orders and package exceptionsAddress customs feedback regarding shortages, overages, or discrepanciesCommunicate order exceptions with internal customer service teamsInternational Communication & China Operations SupportCommunicate daily with China-based clients, suppliers, and platform representatives in Mandarin and EnglishTranslate operational updates, requests, and issues between U.S. and overseas teamsCoordinate timely responses across multiple time zonesBuild and maintain strong relationships with international partnersSupport onboarding of new China-based clients and brandsAssist internal teams with cross-border communication and issue resolutionFinancial & Administrative SupportSubmit monthly value-added service fees based on completed servicesReconcile monthly invoices and verify billing accuracyMaintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentationTicket & Systems CoordinationRespond promptly to system tickets and operational work ordersCoordinate packing video requests with warehouse teamsEscalate system or process issues to IT or appropriate departmentsClient & Platform SupportUpdate and maintain client-facing SOPs for inbound, outbound, transfers, and returnsMaintain accurate client contact information and communication channelsProvide daily operational reports to platform representativesSupport capacity planning during peak seasons and promotional periodsAssist in resolving platform-related operational issuesCompetenciesStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to work cross-functionally and across international teamsQualificationsFluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer systems preferredExperience in logistics, warehouse operations, supply chain, or fulfillment preferredEducation & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredAssociate or bachelor’s degree preferredPrior experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations is a plusWork EnvironmentThis role is in-house Monday – Friday 9am-6pmThis role operates in a professional office and warehouse environment and requires regular interaction with internal teams and external partners.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive pay based on experience ($23.00 to $29.00 per hour)Employee discounts on beauty products and moreMedical, dental, vision, and supplemental benefits available after 60 days401(K) available after 1 year of service with up to 4% company matchPaid holidays12 days PTOEqual Opportunity EmployerThe PCA Group of Companies is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
