Benefits & Extras Weekly pay via direct deposit Immediate start with real ownership from day one, no long ramp-up Join a stable, collaborative team inside a well-established manufacturing operation Interim leadership experience at the Assistant Controller level Flexible 8+ week contract, ideal for professionals between roles or seeking short-term, high-impact work Compensation $40.00 – $45.00/hour What You'll Be Doing Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems Manage internal controls and GAAP-compliant reporting Supervise the accounts payable function and cash control Prepare financial reports across weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles Support budgeting and budget-to-actual variance analysis Manage lease balance accounting and reporting using LeaseQuery Support audit and tax processes, including journal entries and reconciliations What You'll Need to be Considered Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience at the Assistant Controller level or equivalent Advanced Excel proficiency LeaseQuery experience is a plus CPA or CMA designation a plus How To Apply We'd love to see your resume, but we don't need it to have a conversation.
