A full-time speech-language pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available within a K-12 school setting in Rolla, MO. This contract position involves providing comprehensive speech and language services to students across all grade levels. The role requires stepping in for candidates previously assigned to virtual roles, offering in-person support to meet the diverse needs of the student population.Key Responsibilities:Evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders.Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, parents, and other professionals.Deliver direct therapy services tailored to students' specific needs.Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success.Qualifications:Valid certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence).Experience working with K-12 students in a school environment preferred.Strong knowledge of speech and language development and relevant therapy techniques.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced educational setting and manage a diverse caseload effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Location:Rolla, MissouriPosition requires on-site work within the school.
