Maintenance Technician

Maintenance MechanicJoin our team as a Maintenance Mechanic on 1st, 2nd, 3rd or Weekend shift within our paint facility. You will primarily focus on mechanical work involving paint equipment, including pumps, motors, and smaller detailed items. While robots are present in the area, they are primarily handled by other maintenance personnel. However, there may be opportunities to learn, and any electrical experience is beneficial.ResponsibilitiesPerform mechanical maintenance on paint equipment including pumps and motors.Troubleshoot and repair equipment as necessary.Work independently to address mechanical and minor electrical issues.Collaborate with subcontractors for robotics and larger projects as needed.Participate in occasional HVAC and facilities maintenance.Essential Skills5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.Strong mechanical skills, particularly with pumps and motors.Knowledge of electrical systems up to 480 volts.Ability to work independently and efficiently.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with paint systems.Familiarity with robotics, even if primarily contracted out.Experience with lasers, welders, presses, and mills for repair and troubleshooting.Our team offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities to expand your skills and knowledge in both mechanical and electrical maintenance. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 6am to 2pm, 2pm to 10pm, or 10pm to 6am with every third Saturday requiring 4-5 hours. Overtime is available and encouraged outside of shutdown weeks. You will be working with a variety of equipment, and while robotics and large projects are primarily handled by subcontractors, there is a diverse range of tasks to keep each day engaging.This is a Permanent position based out of Winneconne, WI. The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
