This role will be required to work on-site at Credence Corporate HQ in Tysons, VA a minimum of 3 days per week.Provides expertise to configure and maintain DevOps tools including but not limited to GitLab, Jenkins, Nexus, and SonarQubeImplements and supports platforms for containerized applications using AWS managed services such as EKSSupport in implementing, developing, and utilizing CI/CD pipelinesProvide recommendations on technology direction to align with business visionApplies advanced technical knowledge for software engineering to support across projects utilizing modern best practicesDesign, deploy and support automation and scripting solutions to drive new capabilities, visibility, and efficiency on projectsWork across teams to gather understand business requirements and provide solutions with deep knowledge of AWS ServicesRequirementsUS Citizenship with possibility to obtain a federal government clearance4+ years of professional software development experienceStrong foundation with KubernetesExperience supporting containerized workloads in AWSKnowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operationsBasic understanding of networking setupExperience with Debugging, troubleshooting, log searchingUnderstanding of metrics, monitoring, alarming and dashboarding concept Preferred QualificationsStrong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and/or distributed systemsAssociate or Professional level AWS certificationsCompTIA Sec+ CertificationExperience with US Federal or Department of Defense (DoD) customers$120,000 - $150,000 annually.
