Position Overview:As a US Pharmacist - Pharmacy Operations & Training Specialist, you will serve as an internal subject matter expert on US pharmacy operations.Work Schedule and Arrangement: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Pacific Time, RemoteOffice Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, CebuKey Responsibilities:US Pharmacy Industry ResearchConduct in-depth research on US pharmacy operations, including workflows, regulatory standards, staffing structures, and industry best practicesContinuously stay updated on changes in US healthcare regulations, pharmacy systems, and operational modelsRole Mapping and Process DesignBreak down and define all key roles within a US pharmacy environment (e.g., Pharmacist in Charge, Staff Pharmacist, Pharmacy Technician, Pharmacy Clerk)Map responsibilities, workflows, and interdependencies between rolesTranslate operational structures into clear process frameworksTask and KPI DefinitionDocument detailed daily, weekly, and monthly responsibilities for each pharmacy roleDefine key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure efficiency, compliance, and operational performanceSupport the development of standardized performance expectations across rolesTraining Material and SOP DevelopmentDevelop structured training manuals, SOPs, onboarding guides, and reference materials based on research findingsConvert complex operational and regulatory information into clear, easy-to-understand learning contentEnsure documentation is consistent, scalable, and aligned with US pharmacy standardsContinuous Learning and Process UpdatesMonitor updates in US pharmacy regulations, insurance systems, and software platformsRevise and update training materials to ensure ongoing accuracy and complianceSupport continuous improvement of operational documentation and learning systems.
