This position is responsible for all professional requirements including licensure, attendance of meetings, annual education, and quarterly competencies.Essential Functions And ResponsibilitiesAdministers all respiratory care as ordered by a physicianDelivers respiratory care via assessment, critical thinking, and monitoring while exercising multi-disciplinary communicationProvides accurate, complete, and timely documentation of all patient care administeredComplies with all organizational policies including state licensure, practice guidelines, required credentialing, and passing all required competenciesProvides age-appropriate respiratory care in all assigned areasParticipate in continuing education and in-services to remain current in respiratory careServes as a resource to coworkers and all disciplines within the organizationCleans and assemble respiratory care equipment utilized at Brickyard HealthcareProvides indicated education regarding respiratory care to patients and familiesSubmits accurate and complete equipment charges via the electronic medical record in coordination with accurate documentation#BYHCIND
