Overview In this role you will lead complex ServiceNow initiatives within a Federal enterprise. You will steer project delivery from initiation to deployment, coordinating across development, architecture, and operations to meet contractual and customer expectations. Your work supports platform enhancements, new module implementations, integrations, and modernization efforts at scale. This is a chance to shape how federal IT services are delivered through disciplined project management and technical excellence. You will engage with government stakeholders to provide status updates and drive impact.
