Client Partner - Western Region
Job Description: The Client Partner is a career sales professional responsible for supporting new client acquisition efforts across a range of industries, verticals, and company sizes.
Focuses on building foundational prospecting and pipeline development skills while introducing prospective clients to the value of CCL's leadership development offerings.
Works in close collaboration with Strategic Business Partners, Business Partners, and cross-functional teams including Marketing and Operations, this role plays a key part in generating new opportunities, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales process through early-stage engagement and pipeline development.
Executes outbound prospecting activities including calling, emailing, and social selling to generate new client opportunities.
Supports pipeline development by identifying, researching, and engaging prospective clients across assigned territories or segments.
Leverages tools such as Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and marketing campaigns to support outreach efforts.
Conducts initial discovery conversations to understand client needs and determine alignment with CCL's offerings.
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree preferred
3-5 years of professional experience; prior exposure to sales, customer-facing roles, or internships preferred
Strong interest in prospecting, outreach, and building new client relationships
Effective communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to engage professionally with clients
Coachable, curious, and motivated to learn sales processes and techniques
Organized with attention to detail, particularly in CRM data entry and activity tracking
Ability to manage time effectively and balance multiple priorities
Comfortable using technology including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Outreach.io is a plus
