Job Description Be part of an exciting team that builds and supports the data foundation and analytic applications that help Intel's Finance team manage the finances of a 70 Billion company! You will be working within Intel's IT organization as part of the Data and Analytics team (DA). Your teammates and direct reports will be a group of experts in both data and analytics as well as sales and marketing processes. You will be managing a team of both full time and contract workers (CWs) in IT Finance DA. Key project focus areas will be Sales Productivity, Commissions, and Developer Experience Analytics. Main Responsibilities: Manage around 8-10 full time employees. All aspects of team's delivery including budgeting, CW onboarding/offboarding, and coordination of work cross DA Org as well as with Corporate Functions partners. Maximizing the value of the product and the work of the Delivery Team by clearly expressing Product Backlog items Optimizing the value of the work the Development Team performs Ensuring that the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all, and shows what the Delivery Team will work on next Ensuring the Delivery Team understands items in the Product Backlog to the level needed. Engaging with key stakeholders within and outside the organization, the Delivery Team and Scrum Master to build an exceptional product. Effectively captures stakeholder assumptions and translates them into hypothesis driven outcomes. Creates the vision of the product through extensive knowledge of the system or product, business need, users, market, competitors and future trends of a particular domain being developed. Being knowledgeable of Agile and Scrum practices., creates and prioritizes features, user stories, acceptance criteria and the product backlog for each sprint. Actively engages with the Delivery Team to collaborate, negotiate and commit to product requirements. Behavioral traits desired: Great communication skills. Servant leader with coaching mind-set. Transparent and fosters open and direct dialog. Values diversity of thought and opinion. Qualifications You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Minimum Qualifications The candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related STEM field and 6+ years of experience in: Relevant industry experience. Managing/leading software development/implementation program (full SDLC). Experience leading and managing high performing cross functional teams. Data Analytics. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in or adjacent to Finance software projects. Finance business process and technical knowledge. Understanding of Big Data systems (Azure Synapse, Redshift, Teradata etc). Experience in Agile SAFe practices (backlog grooming, sprint planning, release planning and etc) and/or PMP Certification. Inside this Business Group Intel's Information Technology Group (IT) designs, deploys and supports the information technology architecture and hardware/software applications for Intel. This includes the LAN, WAN, telephony, data centers, client PCs, backup and restore, and enterprise applications. IT is also responsible for e-Commerce development, data hosting and delivery of Web content and services. Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $162,228.00-$243,284.00 Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience Working Model This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs. JobType Hybrid
