You will work closely with the marketing and leadership team to help organize outreach, manage media lists, and support pitching efforts. You’ll gain real experience working on startup announcements, product launches, and brand storytelling.This role is ideal for someone early in their PR career who has some exposure to media outreach or communications work and wants to grow into a stronger PR practitioner.What You’ll DoYou will support the PR function across day-to-day execution, including:Media List BuildingResearch relevant journalists, editors, and outlets in business, tech, and startup mediaMaintain and organize media lists in a shared trackerHelp segment lists by topic, beat, and campaignOutreach SupportSend pitches and follow-ups using pre-written messaging and templatesTrack outreach activity and journalist responsesHelp ensure consistent and timely follow-up cyclesPress MaterialsAssist in updating press releases, pitch templates, and briefing documentsLight writing support (not strategy creation)Campaign Execution SupportHelp coordinate media outreach around product launches and announcementsSupport scheduling and logistics for PR campaignsTracking & ReportingMaintain simple spreadsheets tracking outreach and coverageLog responses, opens, and placementsWhat We’re Looking ForWe are not looking for senior PR strategists or agency leaders. We are looking for someone early in their career who is ready to build strong fundamentals.0–2 years of experience in PR, communications, journalism, or marketingSome exposure to media outreach, pitching, or content creation (internship, agency, or in-house)Strong writing and editing skillsComfortable working in Google Sheets / Docs and staying highly organizedInterest in startups, tech, or brandingWillingness to learn, take feedback, and execute consistentlyNice to Have (Not Required)Internship or assistant experience at a PR agencyExposure to tech/startup clientsFamiliarity with tools like Cision, MuckRack, or similarBasic understanding of how journalists and press cycles workInterest in AI, startups, or domain/branding space
