About the Position Who We're Seeking Are you passionate about all things video? Do you strive to create exceptional video through editing and storytelling? Are you eager to work with experienced team members and stay up to date with the latest industry trends? If so, you may belong at Archer & Hound. What You'll Do As a Video Producer, you will help create videos from conception to final delivery and beyond. You should have a strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects. Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is a plus. The ideal candidate will have experience in video editing and filming in a variety of industries, using best practices to achieve a seamless transition from concept development to final execution. Duties will occasionally include working with our creative team on various projects, including website videos, motion graphics, social media reels, and capturing stock footage-like clips. Photography experience is a plus. Some specific responsibilities include: Shooting and editing multiple videos a week Shooting and editing various styles of video for multiple industries Creating motion graphics for various styles of video for multiple industries Creating animated logos for various organizations Working alongside the creative team during pre-production sessions and production shoots Operating DSLR, mirrorless, and cinema cameras Creating an appropriate scene using various lights and lighting techniques Recording and editing audio (i.e., voice, sound effects, music) Ability to stay current with video trends What You'll Need (Must-Haves) Creative thinker Ability to juggle many things at once Personable Strong communicator Ability to take direction High-level attention to detail Solid organizational skills Not easily overwhelmed Ability to work well in teams as well as independently Able to lift 50lbs What Would Set You Apart (Preferred) Experience working at an advertising agency Experienced photographer Licensed drone operator Experience & Skills 4+ years of experience as a Video Producer or equivalent role Enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment Proficient in video editing techniques & audio editing techniques Proficient in motion graphics & video design Proficient in camera, lighting & audio techniques Proficient in the Adobe suite, especially Premiere & After Effects Must live locally, as this is not a remote position About Archer & Hound Our Philosophy We are Archer & Hound Advertising.
