Job Description: As a Customer Service & Shipping Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries and resolving issues via email, live chat, and messages. Additionally, you will be responsible for processing and shipping orders, ensuring that they are packed and sent out promptly and accurately. We need someone who is quick, thorough, and genuinely cares about providing excellent service while also being efficient in managing shipping tasks. Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and messages. Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a satisfactory resolution for both the customer and the company. Assist customers with product information, order status, and any other inquiries they may have. Process and fulfill customer orders, including packing and shipping products. Maintain accurate shipping records and update customers on their order status. Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. Maintain a friendly, helpful, and professional demeanor at all times. Uphold our high standards of customer service, aiming to maintain or exceed our current 4.8-star rating. Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and shipping activities. Requirements: Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an eCommerce environment. Experience with shipping and order fulfillment is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude. Familiarity with Etsy, Shopify, or other eCommerce platforms is a plus.
