E-Commerce Associate

Responsibilities: - Manage and update product listings on various e-commerce platforms - Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and reviews - Process online orders and ensure timely shipment - Conduct product research and analysis to identify market trends and opportunities - Collaborate with marketing team to develop and implement online promotional campaigns - Provide technical support to customers regarding website navigation and product information - Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment Skills: - Bilingual proficiency in English and another language (Spanish, French, etc.) - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Basic math skills for order processing and inventory management - Excellent customer service skills to address customer inquiries and concerns - Experience with cash register operations and cash handling - Knowledge of technical sales techniques to upsell products and services - Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems for order processing - Ability to conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits - Multilingual capabilities to assist diverse customer base We offer competitive compensation, including benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
