Role Overview The ADAPT Culture Coach is a part-time salaried position designed to grow with you. Starting at 4-5 hours daily and 20 hours per week, you’ll lead group training sessions and perform personal training at a flat per-session rate (with advancement through ADAPT Tier incentives). Additionally, your hours will include administrative and facility operation tasks, such as maintaining client profiles, updating programming, and supporting the overall facility environment. This role can expand into full-time hours and oers opportunities for advancement into administrative or managerial roles over time. Why This Role ● Impact: Shape member experience daily while contributing to culture strategy ● Growth: Work closely with HCC/DT and leadership on retention and engagement initiatives ● Stability: Salaried part-time position with predictable schedule ● Community: Be part of ADAPT's mission-driven team in a thriving facility Core Responsibilities Coaching (70-80% of time): ● Lead group training sessions with energy, precision, and community focus ● Deliver personalized aention and modifications during classes ● Maintain coaching standards aligned with ADAPT programming ● Build relationships with members to drive retention and engagement ● Support challenge programs and specialty events Culture & Admin (20-30% of time): ● Execute member engagement touchpoints (check-ins, follow-ups, milestones) ● Support new member onboarding and trial experience flow ● Assist with social content creation (testimonials, class highlights, community posts) ● Maintain member progress notes and communication logs in systems ● Coordinate with HCC/DT on retention initiatives and community events ● Support administrative tasks as needed (programming, nutrition and training assessments, etc.) ● Perform admin before and/or after coaching ● Maintain overall facility maintenance Key Accountabilities ● Class delivery: Consistently rated coaching experience that drives member retention ● Member engagement: Active ownership of assigned member relations ● Culture building: Visible contributor to ADAPT's community-first environment ● Attendance & reliability: Punctual, prepared, and professional in all sessions ● Communication: Responsive to team and member needs via internal channels Requirements Physical Requirements: ● Prolonged standing and movement on the training floor. ● Ability to lift up to 100 lbs as needed. Education (Preferred): ● B.S. in Exercise Science or related field, or an NCCA-accredited certification (ACSM, NSCA, NASM, and/or NSCF preferred). ● CPR/AED certified (or willing to obtain within 30 days) ● Comfortable with technology and systems (Mindbody, Notion, Google Suite) Experience: ● 2+ years coaching experience in group fitness or functional training environment ● Strong interpersonal skills and genuine passion for building community ● Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented ● Ability to manage administrative tasks, client programming, and facility upkeep. ● Social media or content creation skills Overview At ADAPT , we're looking for a passionate professional who will enhance the ADAPT experience by upholding our standards, mission, values, and expectations.
