Principal MOCVD Engineer

FunctionLead and manage epitaxial growth activities for the production and development of laser and detector materials, including EMLs and DFBs. Ensure efficient and cost-effective operation of MOCVD reactors, and maintain a reliable supply of epitaxial materials for production. Collaborate closely with processing and device teams to achieve optimal material performance. Implement and uphold ISO 9000 quality standards while ensuring a safe working environment.
