Receptionist and Accounting Clerk We are seeking a Receptionist and Accounting Clerk to join our team at Payne Rio Grande City Dodge/Ford. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, welcoming visitors, and providing administrative support. Additionally, this role will involve assisting with basic accounting tasks to support the finance department. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role Basic understanding of accounting principles and experience with accounting software Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate parties Manage the front desk area, including keeping it clean and organized Assist with basic accounting tasks such as processing invoices and reconciling accounts Maintain office supplies and keep inventory up to date Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed Assist with other office tasks or projects as assigned Benefits: Competitive salary Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Training and development opportunities
