Inside Sales Support Specialist IIIUnique Vacations, Inc. -- an affiliate of the worldwide representative for Sandals Resorts and Beaches Resorts -- is seeking a forward-thinking Inside Sales Support Specialist III to join its remarkable Miami-based, in-house team.The Inside Sales Support Specialist III works closely with Management and Inside Sales to carry out the organization's mission as well as help ensure long-term growth and sustainability for the Sandals and Beaches Brand. This person will work closely with, collaborate and provide support to the Outside Sales team as well as the day-to-day activities of the Department. The Inside Sales Support Specialist III will directly report to the Senior Manager, Inside Sales.The Inside Sales Support Specialist III serves as the direct contact between travel advisors and Unique Vacation, Inc., Sandals and Beaches Resorts. He/ She will assist other members of the sales team by handling remote interactions with customers. Maintaining customer satisfaction is their primary goal, and they spend much of their time responding to inquiries, helping with issues, and providing updates on requests while looking for new sales opportunities. This position requires great attention to detail and ability to research issues in a timely and accurate manner. The Inside Sales Support Specialist III must update on a regular basis information communicated on calls or provided in the company's customer relationship management software.The Inside Sales Support Specialist III builds relationships with our travel partners by proactively following up on their satisfaction with company services and addressing inquiries and concerns. As our travel partner's main point of contact with the company, they're responsible for relaying information and coordinating with internal teams to solve issues. This individual, beyond updating customers about ongoing requests, is also responsible for making sure that requests are implemented on time, which may involve working with other employees and departments to ensure quick delivery of services.The Inside Sales Support Specialist III, in addition to being an all-around asset to the Inside Sales team and Management is responsible for a variety of key functions and initiatives. He/ she is knowledgeable on principles and processes for providing customer service. This role serves as subject matter expert in specific responsibilities of the role.The Inside Sales Support Specialist III must be comfortable with a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. He/ She is a serious sales professional who is focused on self-development and excellence. You have the motivation necessary to create open and effective communication channels, while delivering the value of our platform as the best on the market.Job Roles and ResponsibilitiesServe as direct contact between travel advisors and Unique Vacations, Inc. /Sandals and Beaches Resorts.Address any travel advisor inquiries regarding our programs, products, etc.Assist travel advisors with pre and post booking issues.Process brochure orders for travel advisors.Manage Inside Sales Mailbox.Monthly travel advisor competition report.Share marketing initiatives on our product with travel advisors.Represent the Inside Sales department at events generated by Unique Vacations, Inc.Maintain a thorough knowledge of the resorts (new and existing), policies and promotional information to efficiently serve our customers.Actively involve with the Inside Sales loop and other possible phone campaigns.Provide BDM with important information for successful sales call.Compile various data into reports for Directors upon their request.Champion corporate image and reputation and protect and develop the Company brand by providing customers with suitable promotional activities as directed.Available to assist/complete various projects.May be asked to cover for a BDM at a weekend event; may receive an incentive. A.) or any equivalent combination of education and work experience in Business Management or Hospitality.Experience: 2-3 years -experience in inside and/or outside sales role, sales planning and sales strategy.
