Lead UI Frontend Developer

Infosys is seeking a Lead UI Frontend Developer This position’s primary responsibility will be to provide technical expertise and coordinate for day-to-day deliverables for the team. The chosen candidate will assist in the technical design, development, enhancements/ upgrades of large business systems and support UI applications interactive with diverse platforms and technologies. The role holder should be able to research on technologies independently to recommend appropriate solutions & should contribute to technology-specific best practices & standards; contribute to success criteria from design through deployment, including, reliability, cost effectiveness, performance, data integrity, maintainability and scalability; contributes expertise on significant application components, program languages, databases, operating systems, etc., and guides/mentors the team during the build and test phases. Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Newark, DE or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education At least 4 years of Information Technology experience Working experience in JavaScript, ES6 Working experience in CSS, Bootstrap and responsive Web Design Working experience in HTML5, CSS, Ajax and Jquery Working experience in rest API integration with Ajax Preferred Qualifications At least 4 to 6 years of experience in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Ajax and Jquery Hands on Experience and extensive knowledge in Object Oriented Javascript programming, including prototyping inheritance in JS Hands on experience with class components. Hands on Experience in rest API integration with Ajax Hands on Experience in JavaScript Hands on Experience in HTML5 and CSS and Jquery Hands on Experience in ES6/Promises Experience in Vue.Js /React js/Angular Experience in writing scalable codes in Angular 2+ and use Typescript for the development Experienced in CSS pre-processor like SCSS and LESS Experience or Knowledge on ADA/UX/ Cross browser Issues Experience in Banking domain Working experience in Agile methodology Strong communication and Analytical skills Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
