Procom's areas of staffing expertise include: Application Development, Project Management, Quality Assurance, Business/Systems Analysis, Datawarehouse & Business Intelligence, Infrastructure & Network Services, Risk Management & Compliance, Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery, Security & Privacy Specialties, Contract Staffing (Staff Augmentation), Permanent Placement (Staff Augmentation), ICAP (Contractor Payroll), Flextrack (Vendor Management System).PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE UNABLE TO WORK WITH CANDIDATES THAT HAVE H1B VISA OR REPRESENTED BY THIRD PARTIES.Job DescriptionEngage with business stakeholders on requests for Information System service enhancements and projects to document functional and non-functional requirements, use case scenarios, and test scripts and plansFacilitate requirements gathering meetings with the businessConduct process audits; create process maps, workflow diagrams, structure charts and other types of system or process representations; facilitate continuous improvement workshopsProvide assistance on technology assessments and identification of technology solutionsSupport business and IS decision making processes by conducting detailed analysis that could include financial impact comparisons, technology comparisons, data quality reviewsAct as an agent of change readying teams to address business changeWork independently, as well as under the direction of project managers or senior business analystsFoster team work across IT and business teams for a one-team cultureContribute to the development of a business analysis practice at Avigilon IT ensuring BA documents are thorough and structured, requirements are clear, well understood and documented and that delivered IT solutions are traceable to documented requirementsAdhere to IT PMO processes and standardsProvide timely status updates to project managers or senior business analystsMaintains appropriate professional designations and up-to-date knowledge of current information technology techniques and toolsQualificationsDegree or diploma in a related IT area or discipline2+ years business analyst experience, working on progressively larger and more complex projectsInterest in working with technology to create innovative business solutions and advancementsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExposure to producing BRDs, use cases, user scenarios, user stories, BPMsRelationship and business outcome focused for all deliverablesProfessional designation and experience in a manufacturing environment would be an assetSome travel may be required
