THIS MUST BE PASSED IN ORDER TO WORK IN OUR EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT. The Emergency Room RN is responsible for identifying patient needs and priorities for care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. Provides direct and indirect patient care in the Emergency Care Setting. Is able to triage safely, rapidly and accurately, every patient that enters the emergency care system. RNs coordinate care between other professional disciplines as needed. Cerner EMR Experience Required.While the traveler will not be part of a regular call rotation, they may occasionally be placed on call during periods of low census.
