Job Title: Residential Sales AssociateLocation: Denver, COPay Range: $24.00 - $35.00/hrSchedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM -5:00 PM (subject to overtime)This position will remain open until 4/14/2026, or until the position is filled, whichever is later. This position is onsite only. No hybrid or remote work available.Brief Position Summary:Responsible for acquiring sales orders from new and existing residential customers while providing the highest level of comprehensive customer service and maintaining strong profit margins.Culture fit is extremely important to us. The way we treat people is integral to our success.You want to work for a company who prioritizes giving back to the community.Benefits, perks, and unique ways we support our employee's well-being:Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits package, including Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits to full-time employeesOptions for different medical plans to fit various needs, including a premium plan and a low-cost high deductible plan with HSA401k with company matchDiscretionary profit sharingCompany paid long-term disability plan and company-paid life insurancePaid Time Off, company awards, and wellness program that includes a gym reimbursementUniform reimbursements for Warehouse and Driver positions, and a clothing allowance for exclusive, Rampart-branded clothing each yearEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Responsibilities & Duties:Primary:Answer customer phone calls, qualify leads, and follow up on opportunities; approx. 40+ calls a dayPromptly and professionally process sales orders, provide product knowledge and advice, and coordinate requested delivery or pickup timesCreate quotes on a regular basis and follow up on them weeklyCall or email local Reps and factories as needed to obtain product knowledge, pricing, spec sheets and product availabilityWork your open orders daily, both Staged and shippedAdminister the highest level of comprehensive customer service by facilitating the quickest delivery possible, maintaining rapport, and promptly troubleshooting issues while presenting a professional image in alignment with Rampart's valuesAid in keeping project's on schedule by planning and coordinating the procurement and delivery of products to the customer, communicating shipping dates and changes to branch personnelCollaborate with Purchasing for procurement needsOperate ethically in accordance with Rampart's established systems, policies and proceduresAs Required:Courteously handle customer returnsEnsure warranty requirements and responsibilities are understood by the customerHelp the Counter and Kwik Call as neededAssist with customer events and outreach functionsAssist loading customer productsMaintain currency on product and technical knowledge as well as current construction trendsSuccessfully complete all assigned training within given timeframeAdditional duties as assigned by SupervisorEducation, Skills, Training, & Experience Requirements:High School Diploma or EquivalentProduct & industry knowledgeCustomer service skillsSales experience preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office suitePhysical Requirements:Continuously (67-100% of the day) will be required to sit, talk, repetitively use hands, arms, and legs, and use eye/hand coordinationFrequently (34-66% of the day) will be required to sit, stand, walk, and lift or carry 10lbs or lessOccasionally (1-33% of the day) will be required to bend over, reach overhead, crouch, kneel, balance, push or pull, grasp, use fine manipulation and lift or carry 10-100+ lbsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
