Sr. RF Digital Test Technician (On-site), secret clearance required

We are seeking a Senior RF Digital Test Technician to provide technical support within a research, design, and development environment. This role involves troubleshooting, testing, analyzing, and supporting highly complex electronic and electro-mechanical systems and assemblies. The ideal candidate will have strong RF test and debug experience, hands-on troubleshooting expertise, and the ability to support engineering initiatives in a fast-paced technical environment.Construct, modify, and assist in the design and development of complex electronic circuits utilizing fundamental design conceptsDetermine circuit values and perform mathematical calculations to achieve specified circuit performanceSelect and specify optimal electronic components based on environmental conditions, operating requirements, and service applicationsTroubleshoot and test highly complex electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies and systems using electronic, electro-mechanical, and inspection instrumentsUtilize computer-aided design and analysis tools as requiredDetermine test requirements and develop test proceduresConduct tests and experiments on electronic systems and subsystems, analyze results, and recommend design revisions or modifications to improve performanceCompile, review, analyze, and present engineering data to support technical objectivesPlan or assist in planning complex tests to evaluate equipment performanceSupport engineering teams with technical analysis, testing, and troubleshooting activitiesPerform RF testing and debugging of electronic assemblies and systemsPerform additional duties and responsibilities as assignedQualificationsAssociate's degree in Electronic Engineering Technology or equivalent experience requiredMilitary technical "A" school training may be considered in lieu of degree requirementsMinimum of four (4) years of directly related experienceHands-on experience testing and troubleshooting complex electro-mechanical assembliesStrong RF test and debug experience is requiredExperience using electronic test equipment and inspection instrumentsAbility to analyze technical data and support engineering activitiesExperience utilizing computer-aided design and analysis tools preferredStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and support multiple technical projectsAdditional RequirementsAbility to obtain a DoD Secret Clearance is requiredWillingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift is a plusBenefits:Health Insurance401kPay Range: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from HEPCO, Inc and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
