Recruitment CoordinatorLHH is partnering with a well-established financial services organization in Baltimore to hire a Recruitment Coordinator for a long-term temporary engagement. This opportunity is ideal for someone early in their recruiting career who enjoys being hands-on, highly organized, and working closely with hiring teams in a fast-paced, regulated environment.This role will play a key part in supporting recruitment coordination and ensuring a smooth hiring process across a variety of corporate and operational positions.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate interview scheduling and logistics across multiple teams and hiring managersSupport candidate screening and assist with initial outreach as neededMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information within the ATSEnsure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring processPartner with recruiters and hiring managers to keep searches on track and organizedAssist with job postings across job boards and internal systemsTrack candidate activity and support reporting, metrics, and ad hoc projectsProvide administrative support for onboarding and offer coordinationAssist with additional recruiting or HR-related initiatives as neededWhat We’re Looking ForMinimum of 1+ year of experience in recruiting and/or recruiting coordinationStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills and strong attention to detailAbility to work onsite in Baltimore five days per weekBachelor’s degree preferredBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
