Our organization is dedicated to being a trusted partner in comprehensive and convenient care, weaving together clinical services, mental health support, social services, and spiritual counseling to enhance overall well-being. In this role, you will be a dynamic, full-cycle recruiter, passionate about identifying exceptional candidates and developing strategies to engage them. You will manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring an outstanding experience for both candidates and internal partners. If you are driven to make a significant impact in healthcare, we want to hear from you!Applications will be accepted until 5pm PST on Friday, October 4th, 2024.What you’ll doEstablish an effective talent acquisition strategy to build a world-class teamResponsible for full-cycle recruitment of healthcare professionals, primarily including RNs, LCSWs, CMAs, Lead Care Managers, and Management rolesDemonstrate a willingness to actively recruit for a different range of roles across the organization, adapting to diverse staffing needs, when requiredBuild relationships and collaborate with senior management and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and team goalsPartner with the broader people team to build efficient and scalable recruiting processesTake ownership of the candidate experience by designing and developing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirementsSource active and passive candidates from a variety of sources and communities: online and internal databases, employee referrals, networking, and researchScreen applicants and conduct video interviews to ensure they meet licensing, certification, education, and experience requirementsAssist with collecting certification documents, etcManage candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (JazzHR)Your Experience & Qualifications2-3 years of previous full-cycle recruiting experience in healthcare delivery roles is required, with telehealth experience preferredFlexible with the ability to thrive in a changing and fast-paced work environmentExperience managing and prioritizing multiple searchesFamiliarity with a variety of recruitment practicesAbility to work effectively with all levels of managementAbility to independently manage priorities and workflowAbility to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems while collaborating with business partners to achieve a common goalKnowledge of State and Federal employment lawsCompensation & Benefits$65,000- $80,000: Pay for this position will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to: your prior experience and skills related to the position, geographic location, company needs, and current market demandsGreat humans deserve great benefits!
