Acoustic Measurement Engineer (Multiple Openings)

Job DescriptionAs part of the acoustic design and development team, works in different phases of product development to create the best possible user experience from an audio perspective. Conducts frequency, distortion, impedance, and polar measurements, evaluates results for product benchmarking, and measures electronics for distortion and transfer functions. Creates, follows, and categorizes testing procedure data, publishes a searchable database for benchmarking measurement data written in Python, and prototypes and evaluates new audio technologies. Analyzes and draws conclusions based on test results and measurements, characterizes acoustic and mechanical transfer, creates a web-based searchable database for benchmarking measurement data, and tracks laboratory inventory to stock cables, tools, and test equipment.
