Physicians evaluate and treat acute and chronic conditions, develop preventive care plans, review diagnostics, coordinate specialty referrals, and maintain timely EMR documentation.Providers see approximately 16–24 patients per day and may supervise advanced practice providers. Participation in care huddles, quality initiatives, and team meetings is expected. Clinic hours are 7:30am–6:30pm, with the flexibility to work four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts.
