This is a field-based position primarily servicing residential and commercial clients across Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire. The ideal candidate will already hold a Massachusetts pesticide applicator license and have 2+ years of pest control experience. Candidates who are not yet licensed in New Hampshire must be willing to obtain their NH license (we will assist with licensing if needed). This role offers competitive hourly pay, strong commission opportunities, a take-home company vehicle, and the ability to earn significant additional income through service sales. Pay, Incentives, & Benefits $24 – $27 per hour (based on experience) + commission 10% commission on yearly service agreements sold Top technicians earn $5,000 – $9,500+ in additional commission annually $500 sign-on bonus after 6 months Company vehicle provided (take-home vehicle) Schedule Monday – Friday One Saturday per month (typically finished before 11:00 AM) Full benefits - Employer covers 90% of personal insurance Job Type: Full-Time Location: Field-based role servicing Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire Responsibilities Perform pest control treatments for residential and commercial customers Inspect properties to identify pest activity and recommend treatment solutions Apply pesticides safely and according to regulations Educate customers on prevention methods and service options Maintain accurate service documentation and reports Identify opportunities for additional pest control services when appropriate Requirements Minimum 2 years of pest control experience Active Massachusetts Pesticide Applicator License Willingness to obtain New Hampshire applicator license (company assistance available) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Professional appearance and strong customer service skills Ability to work independently in the field Additional Details Company headquarters is located near the Massachusetts / New Hampshire border, and technicians service both states. Technicians are provided a company vehicle and typically take it home each day. Preference for candidates located within reasonable commuting distance of the NH office.
