This role focuses on operating and monitoring the machinery that cuts large, wide rolls of material into strips narrowing different lengths and widths. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor washing/slitting machines Inspect finished products for quality Adjust machine settings to optimize performance Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting Maintain a clean and safe work environment Document production data and report issues Work collaboratively to meet production goals Flexibility to move to other roles as needed Qualifications: Strong attention to detail Ability to follow safety procedures Good communication and teamwork skills Flexibility to be reassigned as business needs change Ability to work a rotating schedule Interested?
