UX Architect with E commerce End Client - Confidential, Remote JD - UX Architect with E commerce # 15 years of experience in UX Design. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments. # Define Customer Experience direction and Design Strategy # Drive Design Thinking workshops and collaborative sessions with other Mindtree teams and clients and own the complete UX solution and UX delivery # Design Personas and Journeys relevant to business situations # Make strategic Design decisions related to product service ecosystem, core functionalities and features # Participate in decision making for UX Strategy and UX Delivery, with clients, their leadership and internal organizational leadership # Deliver UX Consulting to clients covering Discovery an d Definition for Design # Facilitate client's product vision by doing Research, defining the User Journey, Conceptualizing, and Sketching User Task flows and Wireframes, prototyping, and setting Visual Design direction # Validate UX solutions with users and stakeholders at every stage and phase of the Design delivery in the UX lifecycle # UX Planning for small, medium, and large Design projects programs # Design Management for small, medium, and large Design projects programs # Collaborate with account teams, business teams, dev. teams and other stakeholders Requirements: # Ability to communicate and collaborate with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision # Regular communication with internal stakeholders such as customer service executives and other customer-facing teams to identify gaps and opportunities, if any in the brand experience # Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design # A solid grasp of research methodologies, user-centered design, usability testing and accessibility # Ability to iterate your designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently # Expertise in Design tools such as Adobe Suite, Adobe XD, Zeplin, JustInMind, Marvel, InVision (or similar tools). # Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design end-to-end user experiences that meet client needs.
