Receptionist/Front Desk (Medical) Needed

ESSENTIAL DUTIES Answer incoming phone calls and triage with a courteous and professional disposition Schedule procedures and appointments accurately, quickly, and professionally based on physician availability, patient needs, and facility resources Admission process; review medical eligibility and benefits Make outgoing phone calls to patients Respond to medical records requests in a timely fashion Use online payment software to process credit card payments Other administrative tasks as necessary WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Be a contributor to our culture of excellence.
