Receptionist/Front Desk (Medical) Needed
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Answer incoming phone calls and triage with a courteous and professional disposition
Schedule procedures and appointments accurately, quickly, and professionally based on physician availability, patient needs, and facility resources
Admission process; review medical eligibility and benefits
Make outgoing phone calls to patients
Respond to medical records requests in a timely fashion
Use online payment software to process credit card payments
Other administrative tasks as necessary

QUALIFICATIONS
Medical Receptionist and/or customer service experience: 1 year (Required)
Knowledge of HIPAA compliance
Knowledge of health insurance/insurance 1500 claims and billing a plus
Medical billing terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
EMR experience (Preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
