Job Title: DevOps Engineer Performance TestingLocation: Minneapolis, MN (Onsite)Duration: 6 MonthsKey Responsibilities:We are seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with strong Performance Testing expertise to support infrastructure automation, CI/CD processes, and application performance validation. The ideal candidate should have 5 years of experience in DevOps practices along with hands-on experience in performance, load, and stress testing.Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless application deploymentManage and automate cloud infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, or similar IaC toolsSupport deployment, monitoring, and release management across environmentsDevelop and execute performance, load, stress, and scalability testsAnalyze system bottlenecks, application response times, and infrastructure performanceWork closely with development, QA, and operations teams to improve system reliability and performanceImplement monitoring and alerting tools for proactive issue detectionRequired Skills:Strong experience in DevOps tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Docker, KubernetesHands-on expertise with AWS / Azure / GCPExperience with performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or GatlingGood understanding of application monitoring tools like Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace, or AppDynamicsProficiency in Python, Shell scripting, or BashExperience in Linux/Unix environments
