Aurora Parkway, Aurora, CO 80016Job Overview:We are looking for technicians / mechanics who are energetic, upbeat, and have a positive attitude. The technicians we are looking for have to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what’s right for our customers.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Technicians use their knowledge & skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our customers Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehiclesComplete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspectionsWork as part of a team to troubleshoot customer concerns quickly and effectivelyFollow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organizationWork closely with the service department and effectively communicate customer concerns Work together with other Technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished resultsQualificationsQualifications: Must be willing to work hard while having a have a positive attitude and a desire to serve othersMust be honest, ethical, and represent the best of the industryMust be accountable and hold themselves and others to the highest of standardsMust be willing to partner with others, offer solutions, and be a leader in solving difficult issues5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanicCurrent ASE Certifications 1-8, L1 (Desired)Diagnostic GeniusCapable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehiclesAbility to Flag 40-60 hours per week in one bay.Meet or exceed hourly goalsAptitude for learning additional skills and processesProfessional appearance and strong communicationA desire for long-term career developmentMust have a clean driving record and be insurablePhysical Requirements:Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 poundsBe able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their headWork in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repairHave the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand toolsWalk/stand for the majority of their workdayDrive manual transmissions vehiclesEfficiently navigate a computerAdditional InformationChristian Brothers Automotive (CBA) began in 1982 with the simple premise of providing precision auto repair with transparency, integrity and a philosophy of people first.
