Technical Program ManagerAltera is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead strategic initiatives across Salesforce, customer data, and Go-To-Market systems. This role sits at the center of engineering, sales, and marketing—owning the delivery of scalable systems that drive revenue growth, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram DeliveryLead end-to-end Salesforce programs (Sales, Service, Experience, Data Cloud)Own planning, execution, timelines, KPIs, and cross-functional alignmentManage dependencies across engineering, data, and business teamsSalesforce & SystemsPartner with architects on scalable Salesforce solutionsOversee integrations with ERP, product systems, and data platformsDrive Customer 360 adoption and data model alignmentGTM & Revenue OperationsSupport GTM initiatives and product launches with Sales, Marketing, and RevOpsEnable lead-to-cash workflows, pipeline visibility, and forecastingTranslate business needs into executable technical plansData & InsightsEnable reporting, dashboards, and analytics with data teamsSupport AI-driven use cases (segmentation, personalization)Improve data quality and consistency across systemsStakeholder & OperationsLead executive reporting, governance, and decision forumsTrack budgets, resources, and program healthIdentify risks and drive continuous improvement
