Office & Accounting Manager
Our client, a small-midsized Matrimonial Law firm in Bergen County, NJ, is searching for a Office & Accounting Manager.
The key to this role is having both legal and accounting experience.
Key responsibilities include:
GL and trust accounting, including issuing checks, managing deposits, assisting with AP, billing and AR.
Cash flow control; managing banking relationships and payroll
Financial and tax reporting. Maintaining, analyzing and interpreting all financial and billing data, including A/R and billing and providing reports to the Managing Partner.
Will also handle HR functions for the administrative staff and the attorneys, Evaluating, managing, and supervising the physical offices including coordination of IT with 3rd Party Vendor.
YOU might be the RIGHT person if YOU have
5-10+ years of law firm financial and administration experience.
Strong QuickBooks and Microsoft Office experience
This position is in office, 8 hours a day , 3 to 4 days per week. Could be 5 days for the right candidate
Our client also utilizes a CPA (from their Public Accounting firm) to review accounting info monthly and quarterly.
