Assistant Director, Portfolio Management

A company is looking for an Assistant Director, Multi-Sector Portfolio Management. Key Responsibilities Oversee the management of general account and client portfolios, contributing to strategic decision-making and executing trades Evaluate and enhance investment processes to improve efficiency and performance, implementing best practices and innovative solutions Conduct research on industry trends and support the development of internal reporting related to portfolio performance Required Qualifications B.S. degree in economics, finance, mathematics, or a related field 8-10 years of relevant experience in a multi-sector investment analyst role, preferably in insurance or asset management Experience in financial markets and insurance asset management, particularly in fixed income markets Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and coding languages such as Python/SQL Progression towards CFA or MBA preferred
