Parts and Accessories Powersports

We are looking for a parts and accessories salesperson who is passionate about all things powersports. Honda of the Ozarks is the largest Honda Powersports dealer in Missouri and we are looking for someone passionate about the powersports industry to work in the parts department. A great candidate will have a smile and a positive personality and love working with people in order to understand their needs and help assist them in any way possible. Work Directly with Customers Greet customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner. Develop and share knowledge of all parts and accessories merchandise.. Must possess the ability to work with several customers at a time, while maintaining individual customer satisfaction. Handle telephone transactions quickly and courteously. Point out any sales, specials, or new merchandise to customers. Look up of merchandise in catalogues, etc. Accept cash and credit payments for merchandise purchases. Interface with the Service Department Take service technicians orders for parts and fill them as fast as possible. Assist service technicians in determining parts and accessories requirements for individual jobs. Supply cost of parts information on repair orders. Update inventory control system. Notify service personnel when special parts or back-ordered parts are received. Maintain a Clean and Efficient Parts and Accessories Environment Receive and log merchandise into inventory. Tag merchandise. Display or place in stock area. Conduct or participate in periodic physical inventory of all merchandise. Ensure merchandise displays are stocked, clean, and appealing to customers. Become familiar and efficient with all phases of the computer system required for parts and accessories.
