Retail Auditor (m/w/d)

Job Title: Retail Auditor (Auendienst) (m/w/d) NSF International is a growing global organization for public health and safety. To support and further ensure audits for food safety in retail, including coaching and training, we are looking for a Retail Auditor (Field) (m/w/d) in Germany and Austria. Responsibilities In this role, you will report directly to the Auditor Team Leader and are responsible for, among other things: Conducting audits/coaching/training for food safety at customer locations and ensuring that the audits are carried out at a high quality level. Conducting online or in-person training for food safety at customer locations and taking over the subsequent reporting independently and in a timely manner. Providing support and consulting to our customers. Through clear communication with the customer, ensuring their engagement and participation in the audit programs. Conducting customer-specific system audits in the food industry and their corresponding standards. Preparation and follow-up of audits including report writing in accordance with customer requirements and internal requirements in German and English. Occasional deployment in the evening and on weekends. Qualifications Your Profile You have relevant experience in the food sector/gastronomy, (Kitchen Master, Hotel Master or Restaurant Master), B.Sc. Food Technology, B.Sc. Nutritional Science or a comparable qualification. You have very good written and verbal communication skills in German and English as well as a friendly, courteous demeanor. You are used to result-oriented and independent work. This is a position as an external food safety auditor with necessary travel activities (drivers license class B), occasionally also in the evenings and on weekends.
