Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor - Denver, CO

Sparta Networking is supporting a leading commercial airline in the hiring of an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor to oversee line and/or hangar maintenance operations in Denver, Colorado.This leadership position is responsible for supervising maintenance technicians, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting aircraft return-to-service in a fast-paced airline environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise A&P Mechanics and maintenance personnelAssign and monitor daily maintenance activitiesEnsure compliance with FAA regulations and company proceduresReview and approve maintenance documentationSupport return-to-service decisionsCoordinate with Maintenance Control and OperationsPromote safety, quality, and on-time performanceRequired QualificationsFAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License – RequiredMinimum 5+ years commercial aircraft maintenance experiencePrevious supervisory or lead experience preferredStrong knowledge of FAA regulations and airline maintenance programsExperience in line or heavy maintenance environmentsCompensation (Colorado Transparency Compliance)Hourly Pay Range: $40.00 – $52.00 per hourOvertime eligibility based on classificationPay offered will be based on experience, qualifications, and operational needsBenefits SummaryDepending on employment classification (direct hire or contract), benefits may include:Health, dental, and vision insuranceRetirement plan optionsPaid time off (if applicable)Overtime opportunitiesAbout Sparta NetworkingSparta Networking is a national workforce solutions firm specializing in aviation, healthcare, skilled trades, and professional staffing.
