Team Member Trainee

The Team Member Trainee will be responsible for assisting senior team leaders with qualifying prospects, assisting with the sales of products and services, and while training on various business and management skills. The ideal Team Member Trainee will be very comfortable around people and excel in a customer service based role. Responsibilities: Execute all tasks assigned by the senior team leader or manager in a timely manner, adhering to all compliance regulations Working with team members to execute daily outreach initiatives assigned by Senior Manager Participate in planning and scheduling weekly outreach campaigns Other duties as assigned Requirements: High school diploma Previous experience working in a team setting or leadership role Excellent communication and time management skills Ability to retain professional at all times Able to work individually and as part of a team Pay is based off individual performance Job Type: Full-time Pay: $750.00 - $950.00 per week Benefits: Paid time off Paid training Professional development assistance Compensation package: Bonus opportunities Commission pay Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Ability to Relocate: Huntington Beach, CA: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
